Choose the alignment that best fits the style of your web page.
To display a chat window that is horizontally longer, choose 'horizontal' alignment.

In the horizontal layout, users are positioned to the left of the chat area and is designed to be displayed as the main content of the page.
In the vertical layout, users are displayed above the chat area, and is designed to be displayed in a thinner, column format.
New Sidecar options launches a chat in the left sidebar of your browser -- this is PERFECT for MySpace pages which don't allow scripts directly on the page!

You may specify a topic for your chat by typing it in here. You may also change the topic while signed in to your chat by preceding your topic with "/topic."
Anonymous Chatters: [?]
Checking this box will allow people to chat in your room without signing up for an account. This will allow users to quickly be able to participate in an active conversation. The disadvantage is they will not be able to customize their chatting experience.
Bad Word Filter: [?]
Check this option if you would like to invoke the expletive filter on your chat. The expletive filter will replace common expletives typed into the chat with characters to make it unreadable. Keep in mind, there is no way to filter all expletive misspellings.
Rules: [?]
You may specify rules for your chat that users will see every time they sign into it. If you do not specify rules, your users will see nothing before entering your chat. Examples of rules can be anything from "No Profanity" to "No spamming."
Width: [?]
You may specify how wide you want this toy to be, in order to make it fit within the confines of your web page. Enter the width in pixels.
Height: [?]
You may specify how tall you want this toy to be, in order to make it fit within the confines of your web page. Enter the height in pixels.
Header/Footer Background Color: [?]
You may specify the header and footer color of your toy. This color can be any color that is designated in a hex format.
Example: FF0000
Don't worry about the text color not showing up on your background color. Text color (not hyperlink color) will automatically adjust to white or black depending on the darkness of the color you choose. Hyperlink color is chosen by you, and can disappear if it is on the same color as your background color.

You may specify the background color of your toy. This color can be any color that is designated in a hex format.

Be careful choosing a hyperlink color that is near the same color as your background or header/footer color. Hyperlink color that is the same or near the same will make your hyperlinks disappear or difficult to read.

Choose a color for your toy's border. You may check "hide border" if you wish no border to be displayed.

Place a small description of your site in this box, so that we may show this description when referring to your site on our web pages.
Make sure your description is accurate, as it will also affect your ranking in our directory and the major search engines.
